Here are some of the mistakes which are common when performing HIIT exercise:
1. You're making the workout too long
2. You skip your warm-up
3. You're just resting during your average workout, and not up the intensity
4. You aren't taking rests
5. You try to implement isolation work
6. You do HIIT too often
